Temple Fund

As many of you are no doubt aware, our rent has gone up by $160 starting October 1. The new rate is still a deal for what we have, but the increase will certainly eat away at our hard-won self-sufficiency gains we've made this year.

Many of us have already heeded Brother Joseph's call for members to account for this shift by increasing their pledges. Our income this month is in part a reflection of that, though the bulk of it results from multi-month dues contributions that we will not see next month. We still need six more people to increase their current pledge by only $5 a month in order to compensate for the gap threatened by the increased rent expense. Contact Brother Pangloss to make arrangements for your pledge.

Sales & Events Fund

As was the case last month, event fees collected are the many registrations for the upcoming Initiation: Psychology and Symbolism workshop and collected materials fees for Sister River's Pantacle Workshop. Book and clothing sales also netted us a tidy sum in vending.

Initiation Fund

Nothing unusual here, just payments for some of the November initiations.

Media Fund

We printed up a slough of newly revised Outreach pamphlets, Ecclesiastical Rites pamphlets, and Minerval FAQ guides for distribution to new folks.

Temple Improvement Fund

Thanks to many enthusiastic and generous contributors from around the country, we were able to purchase a new mixer that will facilitate our Feast Coordinator, Brother Khabs Kaos, in the preparation of even finer delicacies for our feasts.

Our similarly generous Psyche-Eros Chapter Rose Croix also made a donation to help reimburse some of the expense of our recent temple painting.

Other

Our other dedicated funds saw no activity this month.
