Class Coordination Committee goals of Sekhet-Maat Lodge for the common year 2008

Values

• Success rate in recruiting instructors and facilitators for classes.
• Quarterly scheduling allows for easy planning on part of the membership.
• Ability to be exposed to the best of what we have to offer each other as students and teachers.
• Ability to learn about topics by offering to teach.
• Excellent pool of knowledgeable and skilled people to facilitate and instruct.
• Topics are alway pertinent to magickal practice.
• The culture around forum discussions is a strong one and moderation is only there for a reminder because all of the members at the forums are polite and every one gets the ability to talk.

Vision Statement

The purpose of the Class Coordination Committee is to facilitate the dissemination of our Thelemic, religious, spiritual, magical, and ethical teachings.

Goal

Schedule all Tuesday night public classes and forums on a quarterly basis.

Current Status:

• Currently scheduling classes out by quarter.

Goal

Prioritize Thelemic teachings (Class E materials) for Tuesday nights.

Current Status:

• Have been working toward this goal, with the first and second quarter having class E materials done regularly. Will continue.

Goal

Have a class schedule poster that is downloadable and printed for each Quarter.

• Current plan is to talk to a few folks and see if anyone is willing to help out with layout and posting to wiki.

Goal

Post the quarterly class schedule at the beginning of each quarter to the appropriate E-lists.

• Working on delegating this to someone.

Goal

Devise and implement advertising strategy, including posters and electronic advertisement.

• Will talk with Lodge Master for direction on this goal.

Workshop / demonstration of standard rituals at least six times in 2008.
