Kjetil Fjell hails from Trondheim, Norway. He was born in August 1973 e.v. and expressed an interest in the arts, academics and politics early in life. His political activities began in the youth organisation of the Norwegian Labour Party, which elected him as their representative. Later he turned to more radical interests and began immersing himself in the alternative political and artistic scenes. Inspired by his extensive studies in political theory and history, he nevertheless eventually outgrew leftist activism, and today studies the third way and the thinkers of the conservative revolution. Kjetil indulged his professional and esoteric interest at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, by studying philosophy, sociology, comparative religion and psychology, eventually beginning a career as a Clinical Psychologist. As an artist, he works in various media including creative writing, drawing and painting.

Kjetil has held a deep fascination for the occult since he was 15 years old, and after several years of study, joined the Norwegian O.T.O. in 1993 e.v. He is a Past Master in the valley of Trondheim. In 1998, he cofounded the National Administration of Norway and has since served as its Treasurer. Kjetil's work as the Order's first Assistant Secretary for Internet Affairs brought Kjetil a great deal of notoriety in several circles. Though he resigned in 2001 e.v., some continue to brand him a nefarious "gestapist."

As cofounder of the Academia Masonica Borealis, a project that has as its goal to collect and disseminate the history and sociology of the O.T.O. in particular and Thelema in general, Kjetil has explored his academic studies of the occult. Under the aegis of this organization, he has published several acclaimed articles as well as amassing a large collection of research material for serious students. He is currently in the process of writing a study of the life and doctrines of Aleister Crowley in Norwegian.
